Your $990 booking deposit is refundable in full, for any reason, until we place the production order that includes your system, and it comes straight off your system price.

The Booking Deposit

One way in. A $990 booking deposit, including GST, holds a place in our build schedule for your home. It is refundable in full until we place the production order that includes your system, and it is credited against your system price when you accept your proposal.

What the deposit does

  • Reserves a place in the build schedule. Build places are limited, and bookings close when a batch is full.
  • Refundable in full, for any reason, until we place the production order that includes your system. We confirm that to you in writing.
  • Refunded in full if we assess that your home isn't suitable, if we can't supply within the timeframe we gave you, or if we withdraw the offer.
  • Credited against your system price when you accept your proposal.

Not on gas or LPG hydronic, or outside Victoria, New South Wales and the ACT? Register your interest for heating and cooling, hot water, other states or New Zealand. No payment and no commitment.

How It Works

  1. Step 1: Book your place: pay the $990 refundable booking deposit.
  2. Step 2: Home assessment: we look at your gas bills, your heating layout, and your home, by site visit or photos.
  3. Step 3: Your proposal: your system, your price and expected timing, in writing. Nothing more to pay until you accept it.
  4. Step 4: Build and commissioning: $3,000 when your system enters a production order, the balance on commissioning or 14 days after delivery, whichever is earlier, and then your home runs on stored solar.
