Book your Thermal Dawn system
You're not buying a system today, you're holding a place in our build schedule. The $990 booking deposit is refundable in full, for any reason, until we place the production order that includes your system, and it comes straight off your system price when you accept your proposal.
What happens after you book
- You pay the $990 booking deposit: that is all that is needed to hold a place in the build schedule.
- We assess your home from your gas bills, your heating layout, and a site visit or photos.
- We send you a written proposal with your system, your price and expected timing. Nothing more to pay until you accept it.
- You accept, and your deposit comes off the price. $3,000 is due when we confirm your system is in a production order, and the balance on commissioning. Changed your mind before then? The deposit is refunded in full.
- Delivery and commissioning: your licensed installer does the plumbing and electrical, and we commission and monitor the system remotely.

Including GST. What it does:
- Reserves a place in our build schedule for your home. Build places are limited and bookings close when a batch is full.
- Refundable in full, for any reason, until we place the production order that includes your system. We confirm that to you in writing.
- Refunded in full if your home isn't suitable, if we can't supply within the timeframe we gave you, or if we withdraw the offer.
- Credited against your system price when you accept your proposal.
Systems start from $12,000 including GST for the equipment. Your price depends on your home and is set out in your proposal. The full terms are in the Booking Terms and Conditions.
