Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: March 7, 2025
1. Offer Overview​
1.1 This exclusive promotional offer ("Offer") is available to attendees of the Everything Electric Show from March 7 to March 9, 2025.
1.2 The Offer provides a 40% discount on the standard FreeVolt system price for the first 20 customers who place a deposit during the event.
1.3 The standard price of the FreeVolt system ranges between $8,000 and $18,000, depending on home size, cooling requirements, and installation needs.
2. Deposit & Reservation​
2.1 Customers may secure this Offer by placing a fully refundable deposit of $100.
2.2 The deposit guarantees eligibility for the 50% discount but does not constitute a full purchase of the system.
2.3 If the customer chooses not to proceed, or if FreeVolt determines the system cannot be installed, the $100 deposit will be fully refunded.
2.4 Deposits must be placed during the event and are limited to the first 20 customers on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Eligibility & Installation
3.1 This Offer is available only to residential property owners within FreeVolt’s designated service areas.
3.2 FreeVolt will conduct an inspection and property assessment before confirming installation. If installation is not feasible due to property size, lack of adequate space, or other site-specific conditions, the deposit will be refunded in full.
3.3 Installations are expected to commence later in 2025, with customers scheduled based on availability.
3.4 Customers will receive a formal installation proposal before proceeding with full payment and installation. A new set of Terms & Conditions will apply at that stage.
3.5 The deposit is non-refundable after the customer agrees to the final quoted offer.
4. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation
4.1 The 50% discounted price will be applied to the final invoice, provided once installation details are confirmed.
4.2 Customers may change their mind and request a full refund at any time prior to accepting the formal quote.
4.3 To request a refund, customers must email nick@freevolt.com.au. FreeVolt will process the request and respond within 10 business days.
4.4 If at any point FreeVolt determines that installation is not possible, or if the customer chooses to cancel before accepting the quote, the $100 deposit will be refunded in full.
4.5 Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation confirmation.
5. General Terms
5.1 This Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
5.2 FreeVolt reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice. In such cases, deposits already placed will be honored.
5.3 Certain legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law, and similar consumer protection laws and regulations, may confer you with rights, warranties, guarantees and remedies relating to the supply of the Goods/Services/Goods and Services by us to you which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (Consumer Law Rights). To the extent that you maintain Consumer Law Rights at law, nothing in this Agreement excludes those Consumer Law Rights.
5.4 By clicking “Accept”, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
6.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
6.2 Disputes: A party may not commence court proceedings relating to any dispute arising from, or in connection with, this Agreement (Dispute) without first meeting a representative of the other party within 10 business days of notifying that other party of the Dispute.
6.3 If the parties cannot resolve the Dispute at that meeting, either Party may refer the Dispute to mediation administered by the Australian Disputes Centre.
